This is a must-read book about how Timothy Ferriss built an online business. But that’s not why you should read it. Along with the internet business he covers things such as the 80/20 rule, as it applies to customers and time spent supporting them, i.e. 20% of your customers take 80% of your time. 20% of your customers produce 80% of your income. So, it’s worth really focusing on who you want to do business with, and maybe let some of the high maintenance customers go. It’s chock full of ideas of how you can work smarter rather than harder. Don’t be the fly in the window, described in the opening of You² by Price Pritchett
