Got a book that should be on my bookshelf?  I’m always interested in inspiring, helpful books.  If I would want to read them, then other people probably will as well.  Also, when I recommend a book to someone it’s always good to be able to give them a pointer to the book.

If I add this book to the Soup Of Possibilities bookshelf, I’ll give you credit with a link to your website and mention of your name and business.  My intent is to give you some added visibility as thanks for adding to my bookshelf.  Recommending really good books will up your brand because people will associate you with the wisdom of the books you recommend.

Adding to the bookshelf helps me in two ways: 

1. This is the big one: it helps me keep my Amazon affiliate account alive – Amazon discontinues associates if there’s no activity.  By having good books on my bookshelf, it becomes an attractive place for people to look for a next read.
2. I do get a small commission (generally 4%) on sales that result from clicking the link to a book.  I believe any purchase – not just the book – from that session adds to my credit.
