What is good or bad?  We think of things or events as being good or bad, but there really is no such thing as good or bad – it’s all in our perception and attitude.  My definition of good and bad in this context is that something is “good” when I like or approve of it, and something is “bad” when I don’t like it, or don’t approve of it.  But that’s just my perception.  Someone else may like or approve of something I don’t, and vice versa.

I give a pretty good treatise on this in Chapter 9 of my book “The Rules Of The Spirit” available here or as a set along with “The Energy Of Forgiveness” available here. (links repeated below)

I have come to understand all things as good.  I have found that, when I understand that all things are good, it changes my perception and attitude about everything in life.  Instead of going into a low vibration of being unhappy about something I don’t like, I begin to wonder what the good is that will come out of it.  I have developed a habit of looking for the good.  If I don’t see it, I don’t jump to the assumption that it isn’t good, but rather that I am simply not seeing the good in the moment – I know that I will “see the light” eventually.
