Responsibility

“People are always blaming their circumstances for what they are. I don’t believe in circumstances. The people who get on in this world are the people who get up and look for the circumstances they want, and if they can’t find them, make them.”

— George Bernard Shaw

In other words, people blame their circumstances for the results they are getting in life.

When Ann & I moved to Austin TX, I wanted to live in an airport community, similar to my home in San Antonio that we were leaving. There were several airport communities in the Austin area, but they were all full. The best we could do was to wait for someone to decide to sell, and then we might likely end up with a house we didn’t like.

So we decided to build a new airport community. And we did.

Deeper Question:

“In the absence of clearly-defined goals, we become strangely loyal to performing daily trivia until ultimately we become enslaved by it.

― Robert A. Heinlein

“Most People tiptoe through life hoping to make it safely to death.

― Earl Nightingale

A Paradigm

…is a mental program that has almost exclusive control over our habitual behavior… AND almost all of our behavior is habitual.

A paradigm can be likened to a program that has been installed in your subconscious mind.

Wouldn't NOW be a good time...

to realize your dream?
